Erin Hart brings fun and passion to talk radio. For seven years, she hosted weekends on 50,000-watt 710 KIRO in Seattle. Erin is a founding member of Rainier Radio, an internet streaming radio in Washington state.

As a midday host on 760 KTLK in Denver, Hart won two Colorado Broadcasting Association awards.

As a writer, Hart covers topics from politics to entertainment. She is a guiding board member of Faith Forward, an interfaith group inspired by progressive politics and social action.

Erin just earned a certificate in Communication, Business and Media, and is freelancing in radio, most often on AM760 Progressive Talk in Denver.

Pedro, her three-year-old silky terrier, keeps her hopping. She can find great cheap food anywhere. A baseball fan, Hart believes in the elimination of the designated hitter.

Hart has worked for various radio stations and broadcasters across the country.

Hart is a pioneer of interactive talk; she hosted weekday mornings on the landmark Internet broadcaster Talkspot.com. In 2003, she was part of an intense and educational trip to Israel from talk show hosts, sponsored by Project Interchange.

She has also hosted shows on 630 KHOW and 850 KOA in Denver. Hart’s television appearances include: CBS This Morning, CNN, MSNBC, The MacNeil-Lehrer Newshour, America's Talking and NewsTalk Television's Talk Trio.

Hart grew up in a town of 200 people in Colorado where she first learned to love to listen to the radio and to farmers talk about issues of the day in her family’s grain elevator.

By age 10, Hart and her siblings had traveled to every state but five: by train, plane and automobile. The parents took the children to every part of town, so the Hart children learned about the nation’s poverty and urban decay as well as its monuments and majesty.

Her family is very diverse in experience and viewpoint. Men and women in the family have fought (or protested) in every conflict since before the founding of our nation. Hart learned to speak and work in Spanish fluently in Puerto Rico, where she and the family have lived off and on for years.

Erin's sister Christina and brother-in-law Steve live in Denver, Colorado with two sons, 16 and 15. Erin's brother Alec lives with his wife Norie, in San Juan, Puerto Rico and San Carlos de Bariloche in Argentina. Their son, 20, and daughter, 22, are in college.

She has family all across the country, with relatives in Washington, Idaho, Iowa, Colorado, Texas, New York, Kansas, California, Nevada, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Puerto Rico and Antarctica!
