Jay Marvin Wednesday 4-15-09 Hour 1
Erin Hart in for Jay again today. We opened up talking about these ridiculous "tea bag" parties folks on the right have put together
in protest of Obama's taxes. We played audio of Neil Cavuto. Are they protesting against their own good? We then talked to
Thom Hartmann to round out the hour. He also hit on these tea party protests.

Jay Marvin Tuesday 4-14-09 Hour 2
A second judge has ruled that a search of a Greeley tax preparer's records last October was illegal, taking the heat off more than
1,000 suspected illegal immigrants caught up in Operation Number Games. Larimer District Court Judge James Hiatt put a stop
to the identity theft investigation Monday, saying deputies from the Weld County Sheriff's Office wrongly seized federal income
tax records to pursue suspected illegal immigrants in the investigation. Hiatt ordered Weld District Attorney Ken Buck and Weld
Sheriff John Cooke to return or destroy in the next seven days all evidence seized in the case. "This is an important ruling for all of
America," said Reid Neureiter, an attorney with Jacobs, Chase, Frick, Kleinkopf and Kelly of Denver. He is working on behalf of
the American Civil Liberties Union, which filed for a preliminary injunction against Buck and Cooke. What do you think of this
decision? Erin also talked about a pit bull attack in Fort Collins. Do you think all dogs should be leashed at all times in puiblic?
Are you prejudiced against pit bulls?
Jay Marvin Tuesday 4-14-09 Hour 1
Erin opened up the show talking about Al Franken getting closer to winning the senate seat in Minnesota. A Minnesota court
confirmed Monday that Franken, a Democrat, won the most votes in his 2008 Senate race against Republican incumbent Norm
Coleman. Coleman immediately announced plans to appeal. His petition could further delay the seating of Minnesota's second
senator for weeks. She also talked about the "Tea Parties" and "teabagging parties" the GOP and right wing reactionaries are
planning for tomorrow, tax day. Do they even know what teabagging is? Are these folks protesting against their own best interest?
Erin also got into an argument with a caller who felt she was making fun of Mormons.
Jay Marvin Monday 4-13-09 Hour 4
Erin asked if you have seen alcoholism or drug abuse in the workplace? Has it gotten into the workplace? What are your thoughts
on alcoholism? How do you handle this in the workplace?
Jay Marvin Monday 4-13-09 Hour 3
Pueblo County School District 70 students are not likely to begin enjoying three-day weekends when they return to school in
August, but there is going to be substantial cost cutting somewhere, school board members warned Wednesday night. Board
members heard opposition to a proposed four-day school week from a dozen employees and parents and agreed that a move as
drastic as that should not be rushed into this year. However, they also warned that the district can't avoid some painful cuts in the
coming school year's budget to avoid a projected $4.5 million shortfall. This got shelved but we asked about a 4-day work week.
Would you be in favor of something like that?
Jay Marvin Monday 4-13-09 Hour 2
Several Fox News media figures, including Fox News contributor Karl Rove, Hannity host Sean Hannity, America's Newsroom
co-host Megan Kelly, and Fox News analyst Newt Gingrich, have paraphrased or replayed President Obama's remarks during an
April 6 press availability with the president of Turkey, during which he made factual comments about religion in America, saying,
in part: "[W]e do not consider ourselves a Christian nation," and used those comments to criticize Obama and generate outrage.
And people are in a tizzy because President Obama greeted Saudi King Abdullah by leaning into a double-handed handshake.
The right-wing is calling it a bow. Even Erin is a little disturbed. Does it bother you?
Jay Marvin Monday 4-13-09 Hour 1
Erin Hart filling in for Jay today. Erin kicked off the week talking about the division in the country. Is President Obama doing his
job of lessening the division between the red and blue? A lot of right-wing pundits feel he is dividing the nation more. Erin's theory
is that they lost in November and now they are just in freak out mode. 60% of Independents think he is doing a good job. What
about you?
